I'm sunk!
It's nearly 5:00 AM and I'm still playing on the computer! I've basically flushed the day down the toilet! On the other hand, I found a memory leak today & saved some software that every so often trashes the disk drive. Not quite sure that balances out, though!

Image Out of Phase, Like an Old Color TV &a Misaligned Antenna

Just Couldn't Get Tuned In
I got plenty of sleep last night, but just couldn't seem to get tuned in today. I felt like a round peg in an oblong whole -- almost fitting into reality, but slightly separate and dislocated..

Arrrrgggghhhhh! Another Monday survived!

Oh save my aching head!
Moon Day - Day of the Loonies!
Full Moon: Lunar Eclipse 7-16-2000
0) Unless I lost a day, it's a Monday, day of the moon, day of aching head and back from staying up too late last night, playing computer games, and just being generally stressed out. So I posted a picture of the moon about 60% eclipsed (1/60 @ f8 using a 500mm lens). I felt eclipsed today & had duty not called, would have gladly stayed in bed and watched Start Trek: The Next Generation, Season II. Instead I got to go into work and try to optimize analyzing Polar Mesospheric Summer Echo displays. Didn't do much for my head-space.

Some things can only be cured by a good scream!

Sometimes I just wanna scream!
I didn't get home from work until 1AM today. I left at 8:00AM yesterday. Exhaustion beyond words. Frustration. Headache. Backache. Apathetic. I need something to rouse me from the surrounding mind-fog.

A scream. Any scream. Loud. Splitting the fog. Shaking up the hidden demons. Saying "I'm here!"

Seeking to be a man of knowledge

Sometimes knowledge is enough. Sometimes, gnosis is required. We who experience deeper states of knowing may seem out of touch, perhaps even mad. Well, yeah! We are a bit mad ...
